Most vehicles are delivered within two to four weeks after payment and verification. Your dedicated advisor will keep you informed throughout the process.
Confirming your window
Your delivery window depends on the vehicle location, destination, verified payment, seller confirmation, inspection, title documentation and carrier availability. Your advisor confirms the window as these requirements are completed.
Transportation
Carrier details, tracking when available and the agreed delivery appointment appear in your private account. Your advisor will discuss international documentation and destination requirements with you.
Handover and support
Review the vehicle and accompanying documents at delivery. Report a delivery issue through your private account or contact your advisor so it can be recorded and addressed.
