A confirmed reservation identifies one vehicle, with its own specification, colour and rental requirements. If that vehicle becomes unavailable, the concierge discusses alternatives with you. A different car is never substituted without your agreement.
Open the trip in your account and send an extension request. Availability, any revised price and the new return time must be confirmed before you keep the car longer.
Where enabled, eligible reservations follow the online confirmation flow. Driver checks, accepted terms and payment conditions still apply. Request to Book requires a separate availability confirmation.
Each vehicle page lists passenger seats and indicative luggage capacity. Share the number and size of your bags with the concierge if space is important.
The concierge discusses the situation and available alternatives with you. A replacement must be agreed; selecting a car does not authorize an automatic substitution.
Faro Airport is part of the initial Algarve delivery area. Share your flight number and arrival time, then confirm the meeting point and delivery quote before travel. Service availability follows the market status shown on this site.
Choose an available location for a dated delivery quote. Hotel, villa and airport arrangements are confirmed before handover.
Contact the concierge with the updated arrival time as soon as possible. Meeting arrangements depend on staffing and vehicle availability; any additional charge must be agreed.
Lisbon and Cascais are planned markets. Online reservations are not enabled there. Send your itinerary to the concierge for a discussion.
A separate authorization, not part of the daily rate. Release timing depends on the inspection, agreed terms and your card provider. The exact amount is shown on the vehicle page.
The return condition record and any outstanding items are reviewed first. The agreed terms determine release; your bank or card provider determines when the available balance updates.

Minimum age and the number of years you must have held a full licence are vehicle-specific. Both are displayed with the selected car and checked before a live handover.
Request an additional driver before pickup. Each driver requires approval; any fee must be agreed in advance.
Confirm your intended route before booking. Travel into Spain or any other country requires explicit authorization.
