Vehicle and driver
Each rental is tied to one vehicle. Minimum age, licence experience and any geographic restrictions are displayed on the vehicle page and must be met before a live handover.
Rental charges and deposit
Rental charges, delivery, service fees and taxes are shown separately. A security deposit is a separate authorization and is not treated as rental revenue. Any capture requires approved operating rules.
Condition and return
Pickup and return records include photographs, mileage, fuel or charge, damage locations and notes. Production cancellation, protection and deposit terms require approval before live bookings.
